Sassy is a vibrant 5-month-old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix bursting with personality. This little charmer weighs just 14 pounds and has a remarkable energy that surpasses her tiny size. She was given up by her previous owner, who realized they couldn't keep up with a playful puppy's needs. Thankfully, Good Catch welcomed her into their care, and now Sassy is eager to find a loving home. A social butterfly, Sassy thrives on canine companionship and has formed a delightful trio with her fellow Chihuahuas, Sweetie and Sid. She flourishes in the presence of other small dogs, displaying wonderful manners and knowing when to ramp up the play or take it easy. Her endearing overbite gives her a distinctive look, enhancing her already charming features without hindering her ability to eat. Sassy is affectionate and loves being involved in family activities, wanting to cuddle and share conversations with her humans. She would thrive in an active family, particularly one with young children who will treat her gently. She's progressing in her housetraining with consistency, is crate-trained, and is learning to walk on a leash. This playful pup enjoys a variety of toys and is especially thrilled about meal times.
