About MOONPIE the best
Meet Moonpie, a delightful 3-year-old who weighs 47 lbs. This charming dog is a blend of Labrador Retriever and Shepherd, making her a great addition to any family. Affectionately dubbed "Athena," Moonpie’s personality shines through her cuddly nature. She enjoys lounging on the couch, dishing out face kisses, and snuggling up with her human companions. While you watch TV, her playful snores add to the atmosphere, earning her the nickname "piggy piggy snort snort" from her foster mom. Moonpie thrives in the company of other dogs. Currently, she’s living with another dog and they get along famously, even enjoying visits from the neighbor’s furry friends. However, she does not get along with cats, as she tends to chase them, much to their dismay. Sunbathing in the yard while her foster mom gardens is another of her favorite activities. Trips to the beach bring her joy as she digs in the sand, although she prefers sitting in the sun over swimming. Moonpie is also a pro traveler, behaving well on car rides. Her training is solid: she’s crate trained, potty trained, and leash trained, making her a suitable choice for first-time dog owners or those looking to add another dog to their lives. Moonpie is spayed, vaccinated, and ready to find her forever home. While her adoption fee is $500, you’ll benefit from waived transportation costs, as she’s currently in Puerto Rico and can easily fly to her new home once adopted. Feel free to contact her foster for a FaceTime meet and greet. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let's get started.
