About Max

Meet Max! Max is a 9-year-old Puggle mix searching for a loving forever home. He found his way to the Animal Protection Center of Southeastern MA after his previous owners could no longer dedicate time to him. Now, this sweet boy is ready to be part of a family that can shower him with the love and attention he yearns for. Don’t let Max’s age fool you; he still has plenty of energy and absolutely thrives on walks! He would love a family that enjoys daily strolls and spending quality time with him. Max craves affection and is eager to soak up all the love you can give. While he has a condition called luxating patellas, which affects his kneecaps, it’s manageable with proper care. Sometimes he might limp, but many dogs have little to no noticeable symptoms. His future family should be prepared to monitor his knees and work with their veterinarian to keep him comfortable. Max has so much love left to give. If you’re seeking a sweet, affectionate buddy to share walks and everyday moments with, Max could be the perfect match for you!
