About Charlee
Say hello to Charlee, a 5-year-old tan Chug (Chihuahua/Pug mix) with a big heart and lots of love to share. This sweet girl is a bit shy around new people, but once she feels safe, her affectionate personality shines. Charlee thrives on attention and would be happiest with someone who can offer her plenty of love, patience, and reassurance. Leash-trained and familiar with basic commands like sit, lay down, come, and no, this little 15.32-pound companion makes a great travel buddy. She enjoys car rides and handles baths well, but she does need a family that understands her needs. While she has an endearing side, keep in mind that she may be nippy with unfamiliar people and can guard her food, so it's best if her new owner has experience and can respect her boundaries. Charlee is not yet house-trained and will need a patient adopter to help her with potty training. Additionally, she’s not a fan of nail trims! Charlee would love a home where she can be the center of attention and build a trusting bond with her person. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion and are ready to give her the time she needs to feel comfortable, Charlee may be your perfect match! Could you be the one Charlee has been waiting for? Come meet this special girl and let her show you how sweet she can be!
