Mazie is a 1-year-old female mixed breed dog. She is small in size and has a beautiful coat featuring shades of yellow and white. Currently located in Fairfax, VA, she is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Though still learning house training and cues, she shows great potential. Expect a loving companion in her as she grows further settled in.

About Mazie

Mazie is a sweet girl recently rescued from a rural shelter in West Virginia, and she's still finding her footing in her new environment. At just a year old, she's playful and curious, exploring the world around her. We estimate she will weigh about 23 lbs when fully grown, so she'll be a compact little companion. Although her interactions with dogs, cats, and children are still being determined, we are steadily getting to know her temperament. Right now, there are no known dislikes, and she's learning the ropes of house training. Expect updates as she blossoms! For anyone interested in making Mazie part of their family, come meet her during our adoption events every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm at Homeward Trails Adoption Center in Fairfax, VA.
