About Pixie and Penelope
Pixie and Penelope are a bonded pair looking for a forever home. Pixie sports a striking black and white coat, while Penelope's fur is a mix of tan and black. Their journey started in a chicken coop where they were found in unfortunate conditions, neglected and covered in feces. After spending the last 8 months in the shelter, they're slowly finding their courage with each passing day. These girls will need treatment for heartworm, but this is not a life sentence—just a healing process that requires a bit of patience and understanding. Can you offer them the calm, loving environment they need? They do get along with dogs and would thrive in a nurturing home where they can continue to build their confidence together.
