About Kylo Lonestar

Meet Kylo Lonestar, a resilient pup ready to find his forever home. Originally rescued from a Texas shelter, he triumphed over a broken jaw and a skin condition. Life took a turn for the better when he arrived in New Jersey, though he was briefly adopted before being returned due to a lack of time and training from his previous owners. At around 7 years old and weighing 45 pounds, Kylo thrives on playfulness, especially with plenty of chew toys and another dog that matches his energy. He enjoys playdates and sleepovers with a volunteer's dog. Kylo is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Due to a bit of anxiety in social situations, he appreciates a quiet space when guests are around, but he has a loving spirit and enjoys being carried like a baby by his favorite volunteer. Kylo is housetrained and will signal when he needs to go outside. His food motivation makes training a breeze; just offer him a treat, and he’ll happily follow your lead. He adores car rides, making him an ideal travel buddy. An active adopter who can spend time with Kylo would be perfect. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started!
