She’s still learning that the world can be a safe and wonderful place, and with a bit of patience and love, she’s sure to continue blossoming. Nervous around new people, Janice needs time to warm up. She prefers not to be approached by strangers and would do best with someone who can respect her space while she builds trust. Once comfortable, her cuddly side starts to shine. A sweet moment comes when she tucks her little head under your chin and snuggles against you. ❤️ Janice enjoys exploring the backyard and being held. She’s still learning basics like potty training and leash manners, so her ideal adopter will be patient. She settles well in her crate, especially when it’s in a quiet space with a blanket over it, though she may need a little time to calm down first. Her vocal nature may require extra understanding as she decompresses in her new environment. In her foster home, Janice has done well with other dogs, though she can be protective of her food. Feeding her separately will be important, but a confident canine companion could be a great fit.
