Meet Mello! Mello was at risk of euthanasia in a high-kill shelter until we intervened to save her. This girl is a mixed breed of Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd, but don't let her looks fool you—she's true to her name: Mello! Sweet and affectionate, Mello enjoys attention, loves a good bone or a toy, and thrives on spending time with her people. She gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and has a calm disposition. A true foodie, Mello gets excited whenever treats or mealtime roll around! Though she hasn't been tested with kids yet, her gentle nature suggests she'd likely do great with them. Mello is a fan of water and enjoys lounging in it whenever possible. She loves to soak up the sun too and is quite content to sunbathe. Mello is comfortable in her crate, sleeping quietly through the night. While she can be shy in new situations, she warms up quickly to new friends once she feels secure.
