After suffering a severe leg injury from being kicked, she arrived at a partner shelter in Mississippi, needing urgent care they couldn't provide. That's when we stepped in, knowing that Kona deserves the chance to heal and discover the kindness that every dog should experience. Despite everything, Kona remains sweet and hopeful. She will benefit from a patient and gentle adopter who can help her regain her confidence at her own pace. Kona doesn't need you to be perfect; she just needs someone to show her that hands can offer comfort instead of hurt. After all she’s been through, there's nothing she wants more than a Loving home where she can feel safe and cherished.
