Momma Bessie is a young, female medium-sized Calico and Turkish Van mix with a short coat. She is house trained, vaccinated, and currently unaltered. Living in Bedford Hills, NY, this lovely cat is affectionate and ready for a loving home. Although she hasn't been spayed yet, she's fully vetted and ready for love.

Momma Bessie is about 12-18 months old and stands out as one of the sweetest young adults in our rescue. This calm and gentle girl has a patient demeanor that's truly remarkable. She’s both a loving mother to her kitten, Beatrice, and a delightful companion. While she enjoys her solo time, she also gets along well with other pets and people alike. Currently pending spay surgery, Bessie can still go home and return for the procedure later. She has the potential to be a therapy cat and is definitely suited as an emotional support animal. If you're under 23, a parent or guardian must apply with you. We do not assess hypoallergenic qualities or precise breeds, so keep that in mind if allergies are a consideration. Bessie and her fellow felines are fully vetted, spayed or neutered per age, vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. Located in Bedford Hills, NY, she's ready to bring love into your home.
