Kimber is an adult male mixed breed dog, specifically a Boxer, with a medium size. He is already neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Living in Batavia, OH, Kimber is affectionate and has shown that he is house trained. He is looking for a loving family to treat him kindly, and while his weight is currently unknown, this deserving boy is ready to bring joy to his new home.

About Kimber

Kimber came to us from our partner shelter in August as a stray, alarmingly thin and covered in fleas and ticks. It’s heart-wrenching to consider how long this sweet boy waited for someone to notice him. Since then, he has been on a journey to recovery, gaining weight and finally free from pests. Despite his young age, Kimber has the soulful expression of an old soul who deeply understands the kindness of gentle hands and full bowls. He clearly believes that dinner should be served on time and pillows fluffed to his liking. While the stress of his past lingers, something more powerful shines through: hope. What Kimber needs now is more than just a home; he desires a soft landing and a family who will ensure he feels loved and valued every day. After surviving a tough chapter, he’s ready to embrace the beauty of being someone’s cherished companion.
