About Twinkle

Twinkle is a tiny powerhouse with a big personality! Weighing just over 3 pounds, this little Chihuahua is full of spunk and charm. Rescued from the streets at about 5 weeks old, Twinkle has spent her early days in a nurturing foster home, and she is now ready to find her forever family. She thrives on cuddles and showers everyone with kisses. Twinkle does well with larger dogs, although she's yet to meet any over 30 pounds. While she hasn't been tested with cats, we're optimistic that she could adjust well with the right introductions; cat testing is available upon request. This little survivor deserves a life filled with love, safety, and cozy spots to snuggle. Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, she is also available for adoption in Houston. Could Twinkle be the sparkle your home needs? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
