About Svengoolie

Meet Svengoolie! This sweet orange tabby boy has overcome a rough start in life, having spent his first two years in a hoarding situation. While his disposition shows he received love, he struggled with a lack of food. Now, he’s looking for a home that can provide him with enough nourishment to help him gain weight and develop a healthy, shiny coat. Initially shy in his new surroundings, Svengoolie quickly let his true colors shine once he felt safe. He loves to be petted and will happily lean into your hands, purring as he makes biscuits. However, he may still give the occasional love bite, so his new family should know how to redirect gently. Given his past, he needs a quiet home where he can settle in at his own pace. He would likely thrive with another cat, but dogs and young children might be overwhelming for him. Svengoolie is microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained. You can help him find the loving home he deserves! Click apply to start the adoption process.
