About Miles and Brooks
Meet Miles and Brooks: a pair of inseparable best friends ready to find their forever home! Miles is a 4-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, and Brooks is a 9-month-old Chihuahua mix. Both weigh about 22 lbs. These two boys escaped a hoarding situation where they lived alongside 80 other dogs. Thankfully, they were rescued just in time, saved from the euthanasia list, and placed in a loving foster home together. Miles has a goofy smile and a sweet, loyal personality. Initially shy, he quickly warms up once he feels safe, becoming a loving companion. He has a playful spirit, especially cherishing his plush toys, like his favorite giant rainbow toy. After bravely completing heartworm treatment, he is on the mend from some minor hair loss on his back legs. Brooks, on the other hand, is the social butterfly of the duo. This happy 9-month-old loves everyone he meets with his silly antics and boundless energy. He enjoys running around and is always ready to settle down for snuggles and kisses. These two complement each other perfectly with Brooks' playful energy balancing Miles' calm, loyal nature. Daily games of chase are a must for them, and their bond is truly special. They deserve a home where they can stay together, spreading joy and love. Located in Houston, Texas, through The Underdog Connection, transport is included in the adoption fee. If you can open your heart and home to these wonderful boys, we encourage you to submit an adoption application today!
