About Carter

Carter is a 7-year-old male mixed breed dog currently in urgent need of a home. He was found as a stray and has shown some nervousness in new surroundings. Despite this, he's a sweet soul with a playful side, especially when it comes to toys! Carter thrives in a calm environment and would do best in a home without children. He needs a gentle adopter who understands his need for space and time to adjust. Recently diagnosed with a mild doggy cold, he is undergoing treatment and cannot have dog meets until cleared.
