About Boo
Meet Boo, a delightful young male cat with a sleek black coat. Heβs slender, active, and quite curious. Boo loves to keep you company and can be rather talkative, though he appreciates his alone time and enjoys watching the world go by from the window. While he can be shy about being picked up, his cuddling skills are improving, and heβs learning to enjoy human affection. Gentle and reserved, Boo has a sweet nature and does not use his claws, even in stressful situations. Boo initially came from a home with minimal handling, as he often sought food from a kind foster who took him in. Heβs learning to coexist with other cats and, with slow introductions, is fine around them. Although wary around new people, he forms strong bonds and will ultimately reward the right owner with loyalty and companionship. Boo has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee includes a wellness visit with our veterinary partners. To meet Boo in foster care, please submit an adoption application at CatRescues.org/Adopt, or find a paper copy at PetSmart. You will hear back from a volunteer within 3-5 business days about a potential meet and greet. Every contribution aids our mission to care for and find loving homes for cats in the Eugene/Springfield area. Click apply to start the adoption process.
