About Banjo J
Banjo J is a lively 7-8 month old male Beagle, charming everyone he meets with his playful and silly personality. Rescued from an owner surrender, he currently resides in Tampa, FL, waiting for a loving home. He's crate trained, dog door trained, and house broken, needing just a little help with consistent outdoor access, especially after playtime or long naps. Banjo enjoys learning and already knows how to sit; he's picking up commands like 'come here' and 'stay' too. His playful nature shines through as he starts to fetch and gently takes treats. While he has some work to do on leash manners, his joy for life is infectious, especially when splashing in puddles or playing at the dog park. He does well with other playful dogs, making him a great companion for a furry friend. Banjo needs an owner present for much of the day, as he experiences separation anxiety when left alone. However, this sweet boy is more than ready to be your loyal sidekick, always happy to snuggle and get pets. If you're looking for a cuddle buddy with a playful spirit, Banjo is eager to meet you.
