About Gomez

Gomez recently arrived at Trash Cat Rescue after being rescued from an overcrowded shelter in North Carolina. He’s a sweet little cuddlebug who adores being held and petted. When it's nap time, he’ll snuggle right into your arms. But don’t be fooled by his sleepy demeanor; once he’s recharged, Gomez transforms into an energetic little dynamo, leaping and bounding across the room, especially when it comes to chasing string or wand toys. While Gomez can be a bit shy at first, he quickly warms up, becoming a delightful companion. To match his playful nature, he should be adopted with his siblings or go to a home with another cat. He might fit into a family with older kids, but younger ones could be a little overwhelming. Gomez has not interacted with dogs yet, but with slow introductions, he may get along well with a canine friend. At about 5 months old, Gomez has been neutered, treated for fleas, dewormed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Make him a part of your family today!
