About Gordita
Gordita is a delightful lap cat, just over a year old, and she has two essential needs for her forever home. One is cuddle availability—she’ll want to be close at all times. The other? A guarantee that her personal space will be respected by other pets. This orange beauty is a purring machine who thrives on attention and adores being near her humans. She may be a little bossy, however, and if a fellow pet gets too close while she’s not getting the attention she deserves, she might deliver a quick smack to remind them of their place. Gordita has her boundaries and won’t hesitate to nibble if you pet her incorrectly or exceed her cuddle time. Older children who understand cat behavior would suit her best. Though she can tolerate other pets who respect her space, she’d also relish the idea of being the solo queen of her castle. Gordita has had a medical journey, having overcome FIP, but she is now healthy, with good bloodwork. Her ideal human is someone looking for a loving, slightly sassy orange companion. If you want a cat who will stay close and keep you warm, Gordita may be just what you need. Ready to bring her home?
