SOPHI is an affectionate female puppy with a brindle coat. Currently 8 weeks old, she weighs about 5 pounds and is expected to grow into a medium-sized dog. She is house trained and vaccinated, ready to snuggle and play with her new family in New York, NY.

Meet SOPHI! This adorable 8-week-old puppy weighs about 5 pounds and is a mix of Labrador Retriever and Shepherd. SOPHI sports a unique brindle color that makes her stand out. Her foster describes her as a sweet and affectionate girl who enjoys playtime, exploration, and snuggling. She’s a typical happy puppy, full of life and energy! SOPHI does well with children, which is no surprise given her friendly nature. She also gets along wonderfully with other dogs, as she is currently being fostered in a home with multiple pups. Given her age and gentle demeanor, she would likely adapt well to living with cats too. SOPHI and her brother Dante were rescued from a highway in Puerto Rico, and now she’s ready to find her forever home. One important note: SOPHI is currently in Puerto Rico and will fly to her new family once adopted. We can easily arrange her transport to many airports, including JFK, LGA, EWR, and more!
