After being surrendered by owners who didn’t care for him properly, he’s ready to find a loving forever home. Rex adores attention and has a knack for winning hearts with his big smile. He thrives in the company of other dogs and is known to be quite affectionate. While he has yet to experience the warmth of a family, Rex is eager to learn what love feels like.
