About Yancy

Meet Yancy, a charming puppy, at Longleaf Park in Wilmington, NC on October 31st. This little guy is one of the Y puppies who came to us as strays from the Scotland County Shelter. Despite their rocky start, they have shown themselves to be sweet and social. Yancy loves people and enjoys the company of other dogs. He's even met a few kittens and got along well with them. At about 8 weeks old and 6 lbs, he’s projected to grow into a medium-sized dog. While we’re uncertain of the exact breed, there’s a good chance he's a mix, possibly with some Labrador Retriever.
