About Tom

Tom strolled into my life one day, looking for a companion. Initially, he kept his distance behind the fence, but it didn’t take long for him to make himself at home in my guest house and backyard. This friendly fellow, a classic South Mississippi cat, quickly won hearts—even at his first vet visit, Tom was a star. He adores human affection, though he prefers to keep a safe distance from dogs. A calm, senior dog might be a good match for him, but with five lively pups in my household, Tom often cries to come inside for some company. He truly deserves a loving home where he can receive the attention he craves. If you’re looking for a laid-back, sociable adult cat, Tom is the one for you. He uses the litter box perfectly and is fully vaccinated. He’s good with children, provided they understand he’s not a playmate. This gentle soul can easily be driven to a loving home in the Slidell, Covington, or Greater New Orleans area at no cost to the adopter. Ready to give Tom the home he deserves?
