Shaggy is ready to put the spooky trails behind him and embark on an exciting journey to find a forever family, complete with lots of Scooby Snacks! This 4-month-old Hound and Spaniel mix was rescued along with his siblings, Fred and Velma, after a kindhearted individual stepped in following their mother’s accident. Now, Shaggy weighs 16 pounds and will likely grow into a medium-sized dog, estimated to be between 31 to 60 pounds. With his friendly demeanor, Shaggy gets along wonderfully with children and other dogs, making him a perfect fit for an active, loving household. While he hasn’t been introduced to cats yet, his playful spirit will surely shine once he finds his forever home. As a young pup, he's currently in the process of house, leash, and crate training. Welcoming Shaggy into your life is a rewarding adventure, but it will require dedication and patience. He’s like a blank canvas, needing a family committed to regular training and providing a nurturing environment.
