About Wille

Meet Wille, a bright and lovable black Lab mix with a story that deserves a happy ending. At around 3 years old, Wille spent far too much of his life tied up outside, treated as disposable before finding his way to a caring rescue. Now, he’s filled with joy and ready to embrace his new life. Wille currently resides with a wonderful foster family in the south who has showered him with love, and he thrives in their care. Wille gets along well with other dogs and children, too—he’s currently living harmoniously with an 8-year-old! Not only is he sweet and affectionate, but he also knows how to keep his four paws on the ground, avoiding jumping on people entirely. Wille dreams of a home where he can enjoy long walks, fetch tennis balls, and snuggle up with a family who will cherish him. Wille is heartworm negative, vaccinated, microchipped, and weighs around 53 pounds. He’s ready to leave behind his past, looking for a family who will see the incredible dog he’s become.
