About Maya

Surf’s up! Maya’s ready to catch a wave! All the way from the Texas coast, you might have just found the perfect black and white companion. At just over a year old, this joyful girl is eager for adventure and is looking for a home that matches her vibrant energy. Maya joined SNIPSA after following a local advocate home during a morning jog. Despite a microchip leading to a dead end, we know she was originally rescued in Corpus Christi. She's all about making new friends, getting along well with kids and other dogs. With her puppy energy and eagerness to please, she’s a prime candidate for training. Maya knows how to sit and shake, and she’s quite the taste-tester for groceries, especially as she needs to gain a bit of weight. Whether you’re planning the next 5k, searching for a buddy for your playful pup, or just want a friend for splashing in the waves, Maya is up for all that and more.
