About Martha Jane

Meet Martha Jane! If you're searching for a lively companion, Martha Jane is your girl. Named after the legendary frontierswoman Martha Jane Calamity, she embodies confidence and a vibrant spirit. Rescued from a Texas shelter where she and her six littermates faced dire circumstances, Martha Jane was just a tiny pup, bottle-fed every two hours. It's hard to believe she was once at risk, as she’s now full of life and ready to make her mark! Martha Jane is playful and loves receiving attention. She thrives in a home with plentiful love and activities, bouncing around with an infectious energy. She's doing great with housebreaking, sleeps through the night, and is currently mastering crate training. This little adventurer gets along wonderfully with other dogs and adores playing with kids. Though she hasn't met cats, her curiosity has led her to show some interest in chickens, so a home without them might be best. Her adoption fee covers all rounds of puppy vaccines, rabies, her spay, microchip, deworming, and she comes up to date on heartworm prevention. Don't let distance stop you; she's available for out-of-state adoption! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
