Everything is so unfamiliar, and when things get overwhelming, Igor tends to take a step back, quietly watching life unfold around him. But there’s a spark in his eyes that suggests there’s much more to him than meets the eye. Igor yearns for a nurturing person to guide him, someone patient enough to let him approach the world on his own terms. He doesn’t need to rush into socializing; he needs gentle encouragement to help him realize that life can be joyful and safe. In time, with love and understanding, we believe the brave, wonderful dog hiding beneath his timid exterior will emerge, ready to embrace life and companionship.
