About Mouse

Meet Mouse, a delightful little Chihuahua with a big heart. She comes from a difficult background, having lived in a crate outside with too many other pups. Now in a loving foster home, Mouse is learning how to enjoy life as a domesticated pet. She initially hesitated about going outside but, with encouragement from her five dog siblings, she’s getting more comfortable. Meal times are when this tiny girl truly shines, getting all wiggly and happy. While she still prefers harder surfaces for potty breaks, grass is growing on her. Mouse enjoys snuggling up for naps and spending quiet time together. She’s not fully leash trained yet, but she’s eager to learn and adapt to her new life outside of her previous situation. Mouse gets along well with other dogs and children, making her a great fit for a family. She requires some one-on-one time to help her become a confident companion, but she’s already on her way. Every dog from our rescue is spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
