About Chloe Rae
Chloe Rae is a charming 9-month-old puppy who has already overcome significant obstacles. After being rescued from a ditch where she spent over eight hours trapped, she quickly found her way to DDRTX for the care she desperately needed. This sweet pup, affectionately dubbed a "bashund" for her unique mix of basset hound charm and dachshund spirit, weighs 22 pounds. After undergoing surgery for multiple pelvic fractures and a broken femur, sheβs on the path to a pain-free life. Chloe Rae thrives on cuddles, enjoys exploring, and plays well with both her foster dog brother and cat sister. Sheβs already mastered commands like sit and wait and walks nicely on a leash, though sheβs still working on her housetraining since her earlier confinement post-surgery limited her movements. As she continues to heal, Chloe Rae is ready to find her forever home. If you can provide a loving environment for Chloe Rae, get in touch with us to start the adoption process!
