About Bambi

Meet Bambi! This lovely 10-year-old domestic short-haired tabby has a BIG personality and an even bigger heart. Throughout her life, Bambi has been a cherished companion and is now looking for a forever home where she can feel safe and loved. Once Bambi gets to know you, she becomes a delightful cuddle bug. One of her favorite activities is settling on her person's chest for cozy naps. She enjoys being around people and communicates her needs through sweet meows and clear body language. Bambi has shared her space with dogs before and can get along with them, but she requires time to adapt. Initially, she might keep her distance or find a safe hiding spot until she feels more comfortable. With a bit of patience and a proper introduction, she can learn to accept canine companions. Regarding other cats, Bambi prefers to reign as the queen of her castle and would thrive as the only cat in the home. Due to a past trauma with a young child, she would do best in a home without young children. While she has faced some litter training challenges in chaotic environments, Bambi has been making excellent progress while in rescue. A vital aspect of her care is respecting her boundaries. Bambi is skilled at communicating when she wants space or affection. By understanding her cues, you can provide a reassuring environment that will help her feel safe and relaxed. It may take Bambi a month or two to fully settle in and showcase her true personality. However, once she trusts you, she will be a loyal companion who loves nothing more than to relax, enjoy her beauty naps, and watch birds from the window. Bambi has so much love to give and is looking for someone who can offer her the understanding and peaceful home she deserves. Could you be Bambi’s forever person?
