About Molasses

Meet Molasses! This charming 3.5-month-old Chihuahua weighs just 2.4 lbs and is ready to find his forever home. Though he has a distinctive overbite, it isn't causing him any issues currently. As a small breed, he’s particularly sensitive to low blood sugar until he reaches 5 lbs, so his new family should be prepared for that. Given his larger open fontanelle, he will thrive best in a home without young children. Molasses is playful and affectionate, and he gets along well with both cats and dogs. He was previously treated for a mild case of kennel cough but is now doing well. The adoption fee is $600, which includes his spay, microchip, wellness check, deworming, and all necessary vaccinations through puppyhood. If you're ready to welcome this sweet boy into your home, please reach out by emailing adoptions@thelovepetproject.org with "Molasses" in the subject line and share a bit about yourself and your household.
