At around 6 years old, he came to the shelter without any comforts or companions, and understandably, he feels anxious. He’s housebroken but cautious around the dog door, so a watchful eye is needed when he approaches with intent. His kennel acts as a safe haven for him, and after a few weeks, he finally showed his adorable bark. Flash walks nicely on a short leash next to his person but may bolt if unsettled, so a slip lead plus leash and harness are essential. Currently, he’s not quite the cuddly type, but he’s beginning to trust and allows brief petting sessions. He sleeps peacefully in his kennel and is great with potty pads when needed. Flash gets along well with other dogs and prefers to keep his distance from children. A securely fenced yard is crucial for his comfort. Flash is in need of a patient owner who can help him grow.
