About Ophelia

Ophelia was rescued by a caring Animal Control officer after a neighbor reported a sweet, large puppy on the loose. True to her name, she is a gentle spirit who rode into the shelter hoping for a second chance at life. Although her previous family never came for her, Ophelia is ready to find a loving home now. This lovely young lady has received all her vaccinations, is microchipped, and has been spayed. She is currently heartworm positive, but there’s no need to worry; her treatment has already been arranged. Now, all she needs is a family to love her and teach her the good manners she deserves.
