Our volunteers couldn't resist his sweetness when they spotted him in a crowded shelter – it was love at first sight! At 18 months old, Onyx weighs 29 lbs and is on track to reach his ideal weight of 35 lbs. With mostly Dachshund genes and a hint of yellow lab, he’s the perfect mix of low rider charm and energetic spirit. He’s fully healthy, up-to-date on vaccines, neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Onyx thrives on companionship. He adores giving kisses, going for walks, and making friends with both dogs and cats. His very sweet and playful nature makes him an ideal pet for families. Potty training is going well, so he’s ready to delight his new family with outdoor adventures and cozy cuddles.
