About Nyxie
Meet Nyxie, a gentle soul who's ready to find her forever home. This lovely gray girl, with her soft medium-length coat, was rescued alongside her brother Hexley after being found at a construction site. For two months, a kind woman cared for them until Desert Paws Rescue stepped in to give them a chance. Nyxie is learning to embrace a world that can often feel overwhelming. She may be a bit shy at first, so it’s important to give her time to settle in. A quiet starter room is essential for her—preferably not a bathroom—where she can feel safe while she adjusts. When she feels comfortable, Nyxie enjoys being gently held but has her own limits. With patience and respect for her boundaries, she'll cuddle up beside you, offering quiet companionship. Her ideal home is one with calm, understanding humans who can take things at her pace. While she’s content as the only cat, she could thrive with an older feline friend down the line. Nyxie loves cozy windowsills where she can keep an eye on the world. She’s spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, ready to bring love into a warm and welcoming home. Give her the safe space she needs, and you’ll find a loyal companion in Nyxie. Ready to make Nyxie your new best friend? Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
