About Cooper
Meet Cooper, a charming one-year-old Husky searching for his forever home. Rescued from the San Bernardino City Shelter, he's currently fostering in Canoga Park where he's a delightful blend of goofy and sweet. This 45 lb boy is truly one of the most affectionate canines you'll encounter. True to his breed, Cooper has a unique personality. He's opinionated and expressive, often greeting you at the door and eager to share his thoughts on dinner timing with a playful narrative. Living with a Husky can be an adventure, and Cooper is no exception; he's simply being himself. Cooper’s loving nature shines through with tons of kisses and a warm demeanor. He’s wonderful with kids and remains laid-back and non-aggressive. He does well with other dogs, though he can be selective with whom he befriends. While he shows curiosity towards cats, an experienced owner might successfully introduce him to a feline household with patience. Fully crate trained, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations, Cooper shouldn’t be confined for more than a few hours. He thrives in an active environment, ideally needing daily walks of 3 to 4 miles. Though still very much a puppy at heart, he’s expected to mellow as he matures. Cooper is ready for adoption across the USA. If you understand and appreciate the joyful chaos of a Husky, Cooper might just be the pup for you. To learn more, apply today!
