About Gage
Meet Gage! A lively one-year-old Mountain Cur/Coonhound mix in Chattanooga, TN, Gage is a spirited bundle of joy wrapped in a beautiful brown brindle coat. With a heartful bounce and infectious energy, Gage is sure to brighten any day. His hobbies include chasing squeaky toys, engaging in tug-of-war, and perfecting fetch—though he’s still mastering the ‘bring it back’ part. Gage weighs around 60 pounds and has a medium athletic build, ready to form a deep bond with his new family. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and absolutely adores people, eagerly accepting belly rubs and cuddles. Gentle and friendly, he’d thrive in a home with children. Crate-trained and house-trained, Gage is progressing well with basic commands and handles short periods alone like a champ. His guardian couldn’t schedule his neuter due to local clinic availability, so he hasn’t been neutered yet. His new family will need to arrange for that, but resources are available to assist. Gage comes with his starter pack, including a crate, bed, blankets, toys, food, and bowls to help him settle in. Are you ready for endless games of tug and affectionate snuggles? Gage is waiting to bring love and joy into your home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
