Talty's journey began in a challenging way. Abandoned and left to fend for himself in the countryside, he spent months struggling to survive, crossing busy roads in search of food and safety. His companion was taken last December, leaving him alone in a vast pasture. Fortunately, in February, Talty was rescued, and he has truly transformed since then. This young male, at 4 years and 8 months old, is a mixed breed of Australian Shepherd and Border Collie, characterized by his tricolor coat of brown, black, and white. Despite his tough beginnings, Talty is a sweet and friendly boy who thrives on attention and connection with people and other dogs. He is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. Having tested heartworm negative and currently on preventative, he is also house trained. Talty has shown remarkable resilience and love, and he’s ready for a family who will never leave him behind again.
