Koda has overcome a tough start in life, having been rescued from a neglectful situation when he was just one year old. For the last three years, he has thrived in a loving home, but unfortunately, due to medical reasons, his family can no longer keep him. This sweet boy is now looking for a new place to call home, and he's eager to share his vast capacity for love. He's house-trained and crate-trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is securely electric-fence trained. When riding in the car, Koda is well-behaved if secured but gets a bit too excited at times! His gentle nature shines through when interacting with children, as he is loving and protective of them. Koda gets along well with other dogs, especially females, and appreciates slow introductions to new canine friends, showing off his affectionate side once comfortable. This laid-back boy enjoys snowy adventures and sunbathing, and he’s a sucker for stuffed toys and pig ears. However, be cautious: Koda has a knack for counter surfing.
