Lucille is a charming Beagle hound mix, resembling a miniature Black and Tan Coonhound. Found as a stray in Virginia, her past is a mystery, but she quickly warms up in a loving environment. Initially a bit shy, she transforms into a playful, energetic pup once she feels secure. Lucille enjoys the company of other dogs and even gets along with cats, making her a great companion. Being part of a home with another dog could help her build confidence and adapt to life as a pet. She's improving daily under the care of her Virginia foster, and will be making her way to New England in early November. Lucille is altered, vaccinated, and ready for her forever home.
