About Buster
Buster’s story tugs at the heartstrings. This gentle soul was found alone and underweight, wandering the Texas countryside before he spotted us and chased us home, as if he knew he had finally found safety. Since then, he has transformed into an affectionate companion. Buster is a purebred English Pointer, around 3-5 years old. He is calm, a bit shy, and incredibly gentle, needing just a little support to build his confidence. At home, he’s house trained and surprisingly quiet; he prefers howling over barking, which adds a charming touch when he greets you. Buster loves to run and play, especially enjoying belly rubs from his people. He is great with kids, but it’s best to avoid very young ones since he can be a bit clumsy. For him to thrive, he needs a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy freedom. We wish we could keep him, but our older male dog does not welcome his company. Buster deserves a peaceful home where he can relax, play, and feel loved without stress. If you’re interested in a loyal companion, Buster is waiting for you. Located in Dripping Springs, TX.
