Rescued from a devastating house fire, she has retained her gentle spirit and is ready for a loving forever home. Initially thought to be expecting kittens, it turns out this clever girl was just perfecting her charm. Her foster affectionately calls her a "sweet little biscuit maker." Rather than meowing, Paula communicates with chirps and squeaks, especially when asking for attention. When you sit beside her, she'll settle onto the nearest bed or pillow, ready to make biscuits. Calm and content most of the day, she has her moments of affection where she'll gently paw at your shoulder or hop right onto you for cuddles. Paula enjoys claiming her own burrow, hut, or cat tree. She's cautious by nature and shows no interest in seeking out other pets, making her a great candidate for a quiet home, perhaps as an only pet. She loves lounging in cozy spots to watch the world go by and never shows any inclination to dash out the door.
