Chopper is a young male Chihuahua with a weight of 4.5 pounds. He has a lovely short coat in shades of apricot/beige and white/cream. Chopper is house trained and neutered, with all vaccinations up to date. He lives in Plano, TX and is ready to join a loving home that understands his playful spirit.

About Chopper

Meet Chopper, a tiny, spirited Chihuahua full of personality! He’s about a year old and weighs only 4.5 pounds, making him a delightful little companion. Chopper came to us from a difficult hoarding situation but is thriving in foster care. His days of hardship are behind him, and he’s ready for a loving forever home. Chopper is confident and playful, thriving alongside other small dogs, though he does prefer to be the leader of the pack. He’s not fond of large dogs, so a home with small dog friends is ideal. When you meet him, he might be a bit shy at first and may bark, but he quickly warms up to people. Older, mature children (ages 10 and up) would be fantastic for him! This little guy enjoys playing and loves toys, especially chew toys and a good game of fetch. Chopper is currently working on his potty training and is already crate trained. He sleeps soundly in his crate at night and is just beginning his harness and leash training. Apartment living may not be suitable for him as he tends to be vocal when he detects unfamiliar noises. Chopper is looking for a patient and loving family who can help continue his training and provide ample opportunities for fun and playtime!
