About Elsie Puppy

Meet Elsie Puppy, a delightful little Chihuahua currently fostered in Plano, TX. Elsie, a spayed female around 4 to 6 months old, weighs just 5.5 pounds and has the cutest tricolor coat of brown, black, and white. She sports a unique white heart on her chest that adds to her charm. Picked up as a stray in McKinney, TX, she was brought into the Chiuhahua Rescue & Transport program after being found without any identification. Despite her rough start, Elsie is thriving in her foster home. She's great with other small dogs and should be fine with older, mature children aged 10 and older. This energetic puppy loves to run, play, and have fun with her foster family. While she's still learning the ropes of potty training, she’s making great strides. Remember, adopting a puppy is a long-term commitment; small breed dogs often live 15 to 20 years and they require love, guidance, and care throughout their lives. If you're ready to welcome a playful friend who also enjoys cuddle time, Elsie could be the perfect fit for your family. Her vet work will be completed in late October, and she's eagerly waiting for her forever home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
