About Pepita

Meet Pepita, a charming little girl who’s about 9 to 10 weeks old. She’s come a long way since being rescued from a tough situation in Aguadilla, PR, where her mom was tragically hit by a car. Now that she’s healthy and happy, her vibrant personality shines through. Pepita is a small, affectionate pup who loves to follow you around as if she’s your shadow. Her current favorites include cuddles and her beloved lamb toy, and she even enjoys music, no matter how off-key the singing may be! Pepita has already learned to respond to her name and can sit and wave. She’s great with dogs, having two big foster siblings at home. While she is not yet fully house trained, her foster is actively working on crate training with her. Although she exhibits a bit of separation anxiety—a normal trait for a puppy—her progress is encouraging. Currently residing in Puerto Rico, Pepita can easily be flown in-cabin to adoptive homes across the US. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
