This young female dog found herself in a dire situation at just two weeks old, where someone attempted to harm her and her family. Thankfully, she survived and was given a second chance at life when she was adopted at eight weeks. Now, unfortunately, she's back with us due to circumstances beyond her control. Leilani's journey has been filled with resilience; despite her past, she is a loyal companion, forming strong bonds with those she loves. She thrives on attention and will be protective of her family. Leilani benefits from a home with understanding and supportive adopters who can respect her boundaries, particularly with food and toys, as she can be territorial. It's best for her to be in a home with submissive dogs and no young children. She is house trained and gets along well with cats and other dogs. This sweet girl just wants to feel secure and loved forever.
