About Rue

Rue was once among a dozen cats rescued from the streets of Waterbury, struggling to find food after being dumped. She arrived in a foster home where she received much-needed veterinary care and nourishment. Now, at about 18 months old, Rue is ready for her forever home. This sweet calico and torbie mix has a lovely short coat and is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Rue gets along well with other cats and would also thrive as a solo cat, enjoying all the attention to herself. While she's never lived with dogs, she shines in cat company.
