About Honeysuckle

Honeysuckle is a delightful fluff-ball, around 5 months old and currently weighs 35 pounds, with room to grow. She joined the rescue after her family, having young children, realized they couldn't dedicate the time a puppy needs. Eager to please, Honeysuckle is a smart girl, described by her foster as a blank slate ready to learn. Her favorite spot is cuddled up on the couch. Once she warms up to the other dogs in her foster home, she enjoys playing with them in the backyard. Her house training is going well, and she keeps her crate clean. She’s still figuring out leash walking but shows improvement each day without pulling. Honeysuckle is comfortable being crated for a few hours for safety and gets along wonderfully with kids, often found waiting patiently for dropped crumbs at the grandchild's high chair. With medium energy, she thrives on backyard playtime and interactions with her fellow foster dogs. This affectionate puppy would do best in a family who can dedicate time and patience to her training and play. Having another dog around would help build her confidence. Honeysuckle is a fantastic match for homes with children aged five and up. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
